Cleaner

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and reliable Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team in Patna, supporting a high-standard facility such as a premium hotel, corporate office, or heritage property. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitization & Upkeep: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, office spaces, common lobby areas, and washrooms.
• Surface Care: Perform daily dusting, mopping, deep floor cleaning, and polishing of surfaces to maintain a premium appearance.
• Waste Management: Manage efficient waste segregation and disposal to keep the property surroundings tidy and eco-friendly.
• Supply Management: Regularly monitor and refill cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities (soaps, tissues, etc.).
• Safety Protocols: Strictly follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols, especially in high-traffic public zones.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly handle and maintain cleaning tools and machinery (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Basic literacy is preferred to understand safety labels and instructions.
• Technical Skill: Ability to use specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical Stamina: High energy levels and physical fitness to manage large areas and manual tasks throughout the day.
• Professionalism: A polite, disciplined, and proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of local dialects (Bhojpuri/Magahi) or basic English is an advantage.

Experience:

• 1–3 years preferred in housekeeping or professional cleaning roles.
• Prior experience in reputed hotels, hospitals, or corporate offices in Patna is a significant advantage.
