Nurse

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and skilled Nurse (Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse) to join our healthcare team in Patna, the medical hub of Bihar. The ideal candidate should provide compassionate, professional patient care while adhering to the highest medical and safety standards within our hospital or clinic facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care and emotional support to patients as per physician instructions.
• Vital Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient vitals, track recovery progress, and promptly report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Medication Management: Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately while ensuring patient safety.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Clinical Assistance: Assist doctors during diagnostic procedures, routine check-ups, and emergency care.
• Infection Control: Strictly follow hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC).
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English and local dialects (Bhojpuri/Magahi/Maithili) is an advantage.
• Attributes: Strong clinical skills, deep empathy, and the physical stamina to handle rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 1–5 years preferred in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Freshers with strong academic records and a passion for nursing are also encouraged to apply.
