We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team in Patna, a city with a prestigious legacy of learning—from the ancient Nalanda and Vikramshila traditions to its modern-day reputation as an academic powerhouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Delivery: Teach the assigned subject/class in accordance with CBSE, ICSE, or Bihar State Board curricula.
• Curriculum Design: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, interactive worksheets, and digital learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized classroom environment and encourage active participation through modern pedagogical techniques.
• Assessment: Regularly assess student performance through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to aid growth.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress (Hindi and English preferred).
• School Engagement: Participate in extracurricular activities, faculty meetings, and continuous professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area.
• Certification: B.Ed. or an equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.
• Competency: Strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to manage classrooms with empathy and discipline.
• Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential to connect with the local student community.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, smartboards, and digital teaching platforms.

Experience:

• 1–5 years preferred in a teaching role; freshers with a B.Ed. and exceptional subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with CBSE/ICSE/Bihar Board syllabi is a significant advantage.
