Driver

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and skilled Driver to join our team in Patna, the bustling capital and primary transport hub of Bihar. The ideal candidate should ensure safe, punctual, and professional transportation for corporate guests, tourists, or goods within the city and on intercity routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transit: Drive company or guest vehicles safely and punctually, navigating Patna’s busy urban traffic and highway routes (like the Patna-Bakhtiyarpur or Patna-Gaya roads).
• Route Expertise: Efficiently navigate city landmarks, government offices, the Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, and major railway stations.
• Compliance: Strictly follow all Bihar Transport Department and traffic regulations, ensuring all vehicle documents are up to date.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) and perform basic mechanical checks (oil, tires, battery).
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
• Professionalism: Ensure polite, helpful, and professional interaction with all passengers, upholding the company’s reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• License: Valid Indian Driving License (LMV / Commercial with Badge is highly preferred).
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Patna city routes, the new Ganga Pathway (Marine Drive), and nearby districts like Vaishali, Rajgir, and Nalanda.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi; basic understanding of English or local dialects (Bhojpuri/Magahi) is an advantage.
• Driving Style: A calm, patient, and safety-first attitude, especially in high-traffic or monsoon conditions.

Experience:

• 3–7 years preferred in professional driving (Private, Corporate, or Tourism sectors).
• Prior experience driving premium tourist vehicles (Innova, Crysta, or SUVs) is a significant advantage.
